365: Day 68

3/9/13: While Derek got groceries this morning the kids and I went to AC Moore. I've been knitting tons of cute baby hats and decided to start on a baby blanket for Natalie who has a 1st birthday coming up in May. Here are a couple of the recent hats.

We pulled out all the 4T stuff for Zoe this weekend (Silas has been a size 4 for months now), so we also stopped at Old Navy to buy some 4-5T socks

And it wouldn't be a day in the life without moments like this.

Silas' Blog

Well it's been a busy 3 years since I last posted! Stay tuned as we may have more posts coming now that it looks like I have a new contributor... Silas recently read a book called "Starting Your Own Blog", and now he is bound and determined for us to let him start his own blog! We convinced him that he should start out by drafting content and a posting calendar. We made templates this morning and he wrote his first "post" today!

Summer Nights

As we hit the end of July we are relishing the relaxed summer nights around here. Walks to the corner store after work- Kitten snoozes in the window- Playing outside after dinner- And after dinner bike rides in the park aplenty. The best part is when they ride down the "big hill" out of the woods and we make the loop home. These are the days.

The context for this post is that S&Z started two weeks of daily swimming lessons in the outdoor town pool on Monday. The beginning of this week also happened to start with two of the coldest days of the summer!
