8/10/13: Zoe & Silas were SO excited to go to Kaylan's 6th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese on Saturday! They have never played video games before so they were innundated with lots of new stuff to figure out.
They took turns between singing in the microphone and playing Derek's drums.
They were beyond exhausted and we ended up having to leave when Silas threw a never-ending tantrum. That's what happens when you have a fun, overstimulating, no napping kind of Saturday!
Each kid got a bowl full of tokens when they arrived and everyone played in the arcade for an hour before pizza and cake. While they ate pizza, Chuck E Cheese and friends put on a show.
Everyone had a blast!!!
Derek had to work the dayshift and then he needed to collect rent money at his practice space in Brockton, so we decided to stop by on our way home so the kids could make some noise.

And then they both wanted to play the drums :) Derek taught them how to use the foot cymbals and bass drum this time, so it was extra noisy in there! I'll spare you and not post the videos this time...
Musical band and his birthday fun are quite interesting. Got many inspirational ideas from my friend for my daughter's birthday party next week. Finalized one of the well known LA venues for a kids party. Also looking for some return gift ideas and chocolate wraps for children.
