365: Day 102

4/12/14: We did some spring cleaning of toy bins on Saturday morning. It was 50+ degrees outside so I opened a window. Apparently the rest of my family didn't think it was as warm out as I did!


We went over to the Pritchard's for dinner on Saturday night. The kids had a BLAST playing in the backyard!


After supper the kids decorated bunny cookies and watched a movie, 


While the adults enjoyed a fire outside.


We are so happy that warmer spring weather is finally here!

Summer Nights

As we hit the end of July we are relishing the relaxed summer nights around here. Walks to the corner store after work- Kitten snoozes in the window- Playing outside after dinner- And after dinner bike rides in the park aplenty. The best part is when they ride down the "big hill" out of the woods and we make the loop home. These are the days.

Silas, 7/26/17

The context for this post is that S&Z started two weeks of daily swimming lessons in the outdoor town pool on Monday. The beginning of this week also happened to start with two of the coldest days of the summer!
