We decided to get the kids potato heads for Christmas, but inadvertently I ordered one Mrs. Potato Head and one Mr. Potato Head. Mister PH is bigger than Missus PH. I heard Zoe talking to the potato heads yesterday so I stopped to see what she was doing. She pointed to Mrs. PH and said "little Zoe" and then she pointed to Mr. PH and said "big Siyas".
WHAT???? Where in the heck did she come up with that?????
Understanding "little" and "big" is a conceptual milestone, but I couldn't believe that she applied it to herself and Silas. Hearing her say this really bothered me. I was quick to explain to her that both Zoe and Silas are big.
A little while later we decided to measure the kids and mark it on the height chart in their room since it was the last day of 2011.

Their height difference has hung steady at just over 2", but that probably seems like a lot from their perspective.
